Recently finished a stint as Head of Design, Identified Data at Datavant where I focused on making requesting medical records more convenient, responsive to urgency, and accessible enough to understand and take action. Before that I was tackling customer experience and modernization challenges at US Digital Service, and CMS Innovation Center.
