  • Health Tech: On the Digital Service leadership team at HRSA, ran research that informed our roadmap for improving organ matching logic for organ failure patients. At Datavant, shifted legacy medical record retrieval to an API-driven medical data supply/demand exchange, in part by designing an experience for a range of technical users (providers offices, life sciences company analysts, insurers, workers comp lawyer paralegals)
  • Business Modernization: Tackled business improvement, system modernization + change management challenges at US Digital Service (Immigration Application Processing), and CMS Innovation Center (Provider Experience within experimental policy models).
  • Startup, Consulting: Cut my teeth in “Silicon Beach” rapidly shipping MVPs (wearables, dating app, social media) -- as well as UX consulting with enterprise realty companies, finance, online education platforms, and app marketplaces
